Payment-Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on your commission.-I currently accept payments in USD only, through PayPal or Ko-fi.
-You can find the links for both payment methods in the homepage of this Carrd.


References & Commission Details-Please provide a clear reference sheet for the character(s) you would like commissioned.-If you have a specific pose, expression, composition, mood, or overall atmosphere in mind, you are welcome to provide additional references or examples.-The more detailed your references and descriptions are, the easier it will be for me to accurately bring your idea to life.


Sketch & Revisions-Once payment has been received, I will provide a work-in-progress (WIP) sketch for your approval.-The sketch stage is the appropriate time to request changes, corrections, or adjustments to the artwork.-Please make sure to communicate any necessary changes during this stage so they can be addressed before I proceed with the final artwork.


Turnaround Time-The estimated completion time is 1 week to 1 month, depending on my current workload and the complexity of the commission.-As I will be returning to college, turnaround times may occasionally be longer than expected.-If there are any significant delays, I will keep you informed and provide updates regarding the progress of your commission.


Posting & Personal Use-I may post completed commissions on my social medias.
-If you would prefer for your commission to remain private, please let me know beforehand.-You are welcome to post your commissioned artwork on your own platforms, provided that I am properly credited as the artist.


Permitted Personal UseCommissioned artwork may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:-Profile pictures (PFPs)
-Wallpapers
-Gifts
-Personal stickers
-Scrapbooking
-Personal social media posts
-Other similar non-commercial uses


Prohibited UseYou may not:-Use my artwork to promote hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or other harmful content.-Use my artwork to train, feed, or develop generative AI.
-Redistribute, resell, or reproduce my artwork for profit, whether physically or digitally.-Use my artwork for commercial purposes without my explicit permission.


Commission RefusalI reserve the right to refuse any commission request, regardless of whether I choose to provide a reason for the refusal.


Final FileThe completed commission will be delivered through Discord or email.
You will receive:-A version of the artwork with the background, and A transparent version containing only the characters.-Please specify your preferred delivery method (Discord or email) when commissioning.
